Wintergarden release the first single fromtheir debut album, ‘The New Victorian’.

‘Breathe’ features a collaboration with oneof rocks best guitarists, Clint Lowery from Sevendust fame and mixed by Kane Churko,
JUNO Award winner 2013, “Engineer of the year” (ozzy osbourne/five finger death punch/in this moment).

The star studded collaboration began September 2012 with Clint agreeing to participatein two numbers after being approached by wintergarden and having heard their Ep, Steampunk Deluxe.

Over a period of 3 months sharing files and discussions over the internet the songs, BREATHE and CAN YOU WAIT were born.

The internet was essential to this process and without it would have been impossible.

Clint also performs on the tracks and this was done by re-amping several D.I guitar tracks he recorded at home and sent via a file sharing server to be processed by wintergarden in their studio. The possibilities are far reaching and part of the wintergarden working method.

Unlike convential bands wintergarden write and record regularily in this fashion prefering to collaborate over the net with trusted associates from around the world, which led them to Kane Churko.

“Being big fans of the new, In This Moment album, ‘Blood’ we approached Kane in regard to his mixing services”. He was willing to fit Wintergarden into his busy schedule, despite being booked up, after hearing the material.
